We focus on a good Scandinavian breakfast, made from scratch with fresh ingredients. No canned toppings and egg powder to be found here!
You can order eggs just as you want them, with bacon of course.
We also serve gluten-free bread.

Breakfast is only open to hotel guests and their guests.
Several of our suites have great dining rooms and all have a complete kitchen with all the equipment and crockery you need. Either you can arrange everything yourself or let us tailor a package of food and drink, waiters, and someone that takes the washing up!
The hotel's garden at the Consulate is an oasis in the middle of the city, open from May to October. Here there is room for 50 sitting or more standing, for example for a cocktail party or wedding reception.
If you are going to have a party here, it is natural to rent the suites located by the garden, «Consulate» and «Guesthouse suite ».
